| Safety
Stops Installation |
Each standard 6' long Safety Stop comes pre-drilled with three
1/2" holes for mounting on asphalt or concrete.
| Asphalt
Installation |
| 1. |
Place
Safety Stop on asphalt pavement in the desired location. |
| 2. |
Insert
the supplied 12" spikes into the pre-drilled holes
in Safety Stop and drive them completely down into the
asphalt. (CAUTION: ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES TO PROTECT
THE EYES) |

| Concrete
Installation |
| 1. |
Place
Safety Stop on concrete pavement in desired location. |
| 2. |
Make
a mark on concrete below each hole. Using a 3/4"
masonry bit, drill each hole approximately 6" deep.
(CAUTION: ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES) |
| 3. |
Insert
the supplied 8" lag bolt through pre-drilled holes
in Safety Stop and screw on lead anchor approximately
1". |
| 4. |
Align
Safety Stop over holes in concrete, push bolts with anchors
through pre-drilled holes in Safety Stop into holes in
concrete, and tighten bolts securely. |
